Set Up: There are 6-8 players set up in the small grid, starting at the cones.
Procedure: During the drill, the ball is passed around the grid in a figure eight pattern (from Player A B C D). After passing, the players run to the line directly across from them. The direction of the drill changes every two minutes.
1 Use two teams of six, passing the ball in opposite directions at the same time.
1 Check the target one more time before passing and play the ball to the correct foot.
2 Show yourself, talk early, and make eye contact.
3 Get your feet set early in the direction of the pass.
